    Tim Zabawa is founder of Lake Travis Locating, a full service real estate company specializing in sales, leasing and property management in the Lake Travis and surrounding Austin areas. Prior to opening LTL in 1993, Tim spent 10 years in property management and real estate in the Lake Travis area. Tim holds advanced degrees in business management from The University of Nebraska.
